Victoria's Sunday Dress in Color No. 2
It became clear that now that there are more choices for children and parents among the dolls and their outfits, that it was right to add still further color choices.
I am having FUN with this idea!!!

The original version of this little outfit was found elsewhere online by yours truly. Subsequently, it was refreshed in look and enlarged for easier playtime fun.
Now, recently, this doll's looks were made to appear a little more refined and perhaps more clear. It took an afternoon of trial and error with Photoshop processes in order to make her look feminine, but not overly childish. I wanted her mild mannered look to remain, naturally. But I also wanted her to grow up a bit more for us.
Her hair style was making fitting antique fashion plates to her shape a real nightmare at times. Many things simply do not fit a doll of this type or shape. So her hair style or coiffure, if you will, simply had to change. This was updated recently in the "New Look" series of hair colors in 5 choices ( Please see Victoria's Page in the task bar below the blog's banner for links to every post).
Since that point, new outfits and color choices have become my habit. I seem to be stuck in Paper Doll mode at the moment!

The following dress and hat is in a soft, pale violet blue, although some might see it as being lavender in color.
Note the Hat Tab, in gray. This would be best fitted carefully by somebody grown. I'd begin with small amounts of glue stick glue at the very top edges first, fitting as you go along.
This was made specifically for New Look Doll No. 4. However, if enough of you are keen on having all hats with hair match every doll, then I will try and put together a few Hat and Accessory posts.
In fact, I might try to figure out how to go about doing just that for you, with several hats per doll included in each post, perhaps.
