It's a Frame-up! #3: Victorian Page Frames

With our last offering here being project oriented, and inclined to be "lower case" in size, so to speak, we thought we'd offer you chances with the same design concept, only with our "upper case" size. And aren't these fresh looks fun? I just love the blank space where a name , or a date or even a legend can be tucked. Let's face it--the Victorians knew how to decorate pages! And this is but one example of their creative styling.

(By "lower case," of course, i meant ATC regulation sized, or 2.5" by 3.5" in size.)
