Free ATC Set for SOC5 Orange & Blue

ATC Background and Frame Set

Our Summer of Colo(u)r 5 fun continues this week with Kristin's latest prompt of 2 Oranges + 1 Blue. It is a very pretty combination, one I myself have enjoyed in the past. Thanks, Kristin!

On display, we have frames made up of numerous elements. It is a collaged set of frames and backgrounds that we are offering this week, all in copper metal, lapis lazuli, carnelian, collaged bits, Photoshop paint, and with a postage stamp themed look.

The diamond pattern is a PPS creation of times past, now updated. Brushes used for that pattern are all from ObsidianDawn, where the digital brushes, textures, etc. are simply wonderful!

The copper sheet metal we've played with here is from Mauro Cateb   at Wikimedia Commons. Please attribute, and always share and never sell, as requested by that person. Thank you.

The Carnelian is from a carved stone jewel, also at Wikimedia Commons, and is in the Public Domain here in the USA, although that copyright status exists worldwide, which is nice.
:)

The lapis lazuli, or lazurite, stone used for the underpinnings of some of our designs, has a special License over at Wikimedia Commons. This should work well for Artist Trading Cards in general, as such were never intended to be sold from the beginning. That image, provided by Grendelkhan, may be found HERE. Again, please give that artistic photographer due credit and do not sell. Thanks.

The stamps (and one bit of paper currency) used are all in the Public Domain. Work by Plush Possum Studio is, of course, copyrighted with a Share-Alike Attribution style of License. Which means that we'd really enjoy an attribution if you use any of the work in this set, and request that none of it ever be sold for any reason. Thank you so much for cooperating and preserving artistic integrity between friends.

Have fun trading art with your
Happy Creativity!

Thank you so much for sharing your digital creations with us at SOC! I love what you did with this week's SOC colors. And I also want to thank you for sharing the digi files with us, too. That is so awesome! It has been a pleasure following you through these week's of the Summer of Color! Hugs, Sharon

What a nice compliment! I've enjoyed your work this year, too!
I am so glad we've made the connection with SOC5 this summer!
It's been this Studio's pleasure to provide both Digi and Print versions for our guests since well over two years ago, so it makes me happy to know you like this feature as well.
Kristin's challenges have made this summer so much more fun, especially when you consider that the Studio had to close its doors for such a long time!
I will be hopefully able to make some time for visiting everyone else's links soon, especially yours.

We love postage stamps here in the Studio! We've also made other items built upon a postage them in the past, and have a set of alphabet letters here taken from the cover of an old stamp album.
In other words, we LOVE stamps!
We are very gratified if anybody else enjoys the work that we offer here.
Thank you so much for taking the time to come over and leave such a pleasant comment!

Linda: The first one (upper left) is my personal favorite too! Thanks so much for your lovely compliment! And it has been a real pleasure, giving away new digi items that other artists might use!
So glad you stopped by!

Becky: Sorry, sweetie! This is Rose. And we have not one Linda at the Studio. But that is OK. You've left a kind comment telling us that you've enjoyed our ATCs, and that's all that really matters.
I enjoyed what you posted too!

I can't believe this, but I’m ONLY a week late visiting. Isn’t it sad about SOC? But the final one was a gem, anyway.

Your frames are beautiful. Thanks for sharing them with us. It's been fun visiting each week and hope to do so again soon.

Bleubeard & Elizabeth: SOC5 was so very much fun! I do wish that it could go on for at least two weeks longer! Don't you?
:)
Thanks for your high praise of our frames. We aim to please here at PPS, and so positive (or, in Bleubeard's case, "pawsitive") feedback is always very helpful!
