A Break

Dear Friends:
I am sorry to inform you that I am stepping away for a while in order to share in the mourning over the loss of someone precious to this blog hostess.
As I won't be able to comment, and, as the rest of us are currently away, I ask that you please be patient with me during this sad time.
A dear, beloved, sweet and cheering close friend, more of a peacemaker than regular friend, did pass here recently.
It has come as a bit of a shock, despite her long illness.
Her heart was like wings to enfold the sore places, and her giving ways were ever clear of strings attached.
I loved her very much.

Peace to any who are mourning her loss this day, in particular her fine family. She leaves behind two daughters, one son, two grandchildren.

A finer soul you'll never meet.

May she be at peace now.
We will miss her.

  9. AJ: My dear, you were right. You all have been here for me, and I love you for it. I knew her best of all among Studio members. Two of us had tea with her not so long ago. It is memories like that which can still bring happiness.

    Miss Peach/Karla: Ah...two peas in a pod.
I very much hope you do what I used to be able to do with our friend. I used to tell myself, "I am a sponge to soak up all the lovely wonders of friendship with this lovely person."
I believe it has helped sustain me throughout this first several days of knowing.
Bless you and you dear friend
