Victorian Illustration: A Woman With a Little Dog

It is a lovely day for a walk in the park for these ladies and their young children.  I like her little dog, don't you? I have to wonder how she's managing to hold the end of the leash along with her muff and her parasol handle. An illustration from one of my antique books.
